Nice pictures. My wife took some horse pictures over the weekend, but for my WW post, I chose a simpler picture of the snow.

Thank you Mize from Portugal...I LOVE horses, and these horses were so gentle, as very good white on white!!

Thank you Orient-lodge...Isaw your photo as well...simple statement, very winter/profound...glad that you like!!

Heather, since 'Gal' the dairy cow this summer, I've been aching to take some photos of horses, so, taa daa...posted your cards in my Etsy shop...!!!

Lynne, thank you...I've been wanting to take some photos of horses...hopefully, more to come!

Matt, these horses were so easy, in their personalities...I only wished I had brought some carrots...I agree, who could not fall in love...thank you!

feefifoto...I'll have to look into that one!

On The Verge...the top horse is different from the bottom 2...he was totally white...the pics of the other horse, there is more gray, subtle on his body...I thought he was a statue when we first walked up because he was sooo still, and against the snow surrounding him, I honestly could not tell if he was real!!! Happy WW to you as well!

Thank you John...I hope to continue to shoot photos of horses...now, I've really got the itch!!!

Hiya Z!!! Those are really 2 different horses, tho hard to tell from these photos...they were wonderful, but each truly a beauty!!!

I grew up in Rhode Island, but sure don't miss the cold now that I am in California. Beautiful photos!

Ann, what an interesting observation of color...but the green certainly does stand out against the blue sky!

Triz...there is so much snow here, I appreciate that you miss it, BUT, it's kind of a pain...tho, it did work w/ the background for these beautiful horses!!!

Thank you Meg!!

Five O'Clock Somewhere...I may come join you any minute now in Ca!!! Glad you like the pics! Roger Williams is such a beautiful park, and that day, the kids were out in full force enjoying the many, many hills, so excellent for sledding...but, the horses really grabbed my attention!
