Beautiful! So very fluid and graceful :)
This is stunning Amy...I love to enlarge your drawings, your attention to detail is simply amazing...the larger view gives such a wonderful perspective!!!!!
To quote a dear friend..."What amazes me about you is how you go from one material to the next w/ the greatest of ease...that in itself is a gift!!"
I'm never surprised at your talent...I simply enjoy it!
Cheers
It's beautiful Amy! I've always admired your works.
I have an award for you, you can grab it here when you have the time. :)
Have a great day!
These are absolutely wonderful Amy, you have an amazing talent.

Meghann, thank you so much!!
Oh Heather, you touch me w/ you comment...I'm thinking tho, that I may make some copies and try it w/out the outside border, because the middle pops all on it's own...anywho, gearing up for #3...will make a series of cards, for sure...thank you, dear Gal...big hugs...:)))
Thank you Liza for the wonderful award...it is thoughtful and has meaning...I am very appreciative...glad that you like the drawing...best to Joel...:)))
Bernard, thank you so much for you visits and taking the time to comment...all the best to you!!
I don't visit you nearly often enough. This series on doorknobs is absolutely stunning, probably my favorite to date!
Just wanted to note -- you made a comment on facebook about removing the border design on this one. No! It's like the perfect frame; without it, the inner design would have nothing to set it off. I love it just as it is!
Oh Jennie, I am so glad to hear from you!!! Thrilled that you like the doorknobs so much, and I appreciate what you said about the border...I love the simplicity of the pencil, these days a rarity, so it takes on a deeper sentiment. Edward is home from college for 3 weeks, so we can play w/ photoshop and see if anything interesting pops up...as always, love to the Princess..:))
oh wonderful Amy..
I had to enlarge to see the detail...the pencil certainly compliments the design and composition in this one..
....I love the fluidity of the leaves and the detail...
happy holidays to Edward...I imagine the two of you will have lots of fun with your drawings :))
Kim, this one was opposite of the first one...the first one I measured EVERYTHING, w/ the four points and the center...the second one has the same four points and the center, but I did it free hand...I just kept on turning the page and repeating the design...when I sat down to bring it 'up', I did ALOT of erasing and fixing...anywho, WHEW...yes, Edward is going to play 'teacher'...I'll let you know how that goes...lol...
big hugs...:)))
Wonderful designs. I love the intracacies of old buttons. Those old designers knew their stuff.
Beautiful...
Will have to stop by often for more inspiration.
