With a background in Fine Arts, my eye is well trained to notice the smallest of details. Photography is a passion. With the advent of the digital age, I use that same trained eye through the monitor of my digital camera, from macro shots to sweeping landscapes while enjoying the full range of editing.

this is the art that engages me so...to look into and beyond the physical presence...to draw or paint the tangible soulful presence...
which exists when we bring such inanimate objects to life...!
beautiful amy...just beautiful!
Amy...it's lovely! A dancing, living drawing of music. Amazing!
This is beyond amazing. I am captured by this piece.

Ms. Muse...this is one comment I have had to read and then re-read...I always ask my husband, 'what do you think?'...I so appreciate how my artwork engages you at such a level where I have to study your comment..:)))
Jennie!!! Dancing, living drawing of music...wow...that violin really does still resound...wonderful!!!
Thank you so much Beadwright...I still need to finish it off a bit, but I'm so glad that you like!!!
When I fitst saw the drawing I thought it was an aborignal dancing in one of those feather encrusted dance costumes. When I then read that it's violin music I thought...yes, of course music drawn that evoked a dancer to my eye. Beautiful. I love the repetitive shapes and the sense of rhythm I get.
I just love these drawings you do with the prismacolor pencils, they are so magical!
They speak volumes about how you feel...
When I first looked at the drawing I saw a dragon swaying & dancing...then I noticed all the strings and knew it was much more.
Cheers
