With a background in Fine Arts, my eye is well trained to notice the smallest of details. Photography is a passion. With the advent of the digital age, I use that same trained eye through the monitor of my digital camera, from macro shots to sweeping landscapes while enjoying the full range of editing.

How beautiful!!
I drop by a lot with EC but I don't think I've every commented. I love picking up things like this... I'd love to find beach glass but I never ever do. Maybe there isn't much in NJ I don't know but... I always come home with beautiful stones, shells...etc.
Thanks for the great (calming! lol) memories this morning!
Tracy
Thank you Lydia...the ocean, VERY giving...:))
Hey Tracy...so glad you did stop and comment...I LOVE collecting rocks and as I just said to Lydia, here in RI, as I'm sure it is on the Jersey shore, the ocean is very very generous...I think that if you could probably find beach glass...I'm a rock collecting gal all the way...the act of collecting, to me, is very calming!!!!
"Amy Lilley Designs" has been included in a special edition Thinking of Christmas Gifts in July Sites To See. I hope this helps to attract many customers.

Cupcake was all over this idea. Rocks displayed in clam or oyster shells; what a fun and attractive way to contain a day's collecting!
ahhhh Jennie, Cupcake has her Nana's sharp eye...sometimes when I'm walking I might not bring my bucket, then hopefully, a half shell will turn up, so that I might carry the day's offerings from the ocean deep!!! I've just made some cards of this same batch from another angle...seasonal..:))
I absolutely adore the beach! How lucky you are to be able to go there ;)
